NEW CUSTOMERS:
First orders must be paid for with credit card if purchasing through a sales team member.
PROOFS/SWATCHES:
First time digitizing of logos will receive a swatch proof. First 2 swatches are free, any additional changes requiring more swatches are $5.00 per swatch. Larger designs may require additional charges. Must receive written approval before orders will proceed to production.
Edits to a logo on file is $25.00 and will receive 1 swatch for approval before production. Edits may include, but are not limited to, resizing and changes in text.
Orders over $1000.00 will receive digital proofs before production. First 2 proofs are free, any additional proofs will be available at $5.00 ea. Must receive written approval before orders will proceed.
Production times begins after all approvals are received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will take additional time.
Shipping rates will be quoted and paid separately in USD ($)

Adding information/logos to products requires a minimum quantity purchase and are not available for return. Please contact us for more information and to be quoted.
Monograms added to clothing, bags and accessories at $5.00 per word and are not available for refund unless defective. Please put a note in the cart for requests.
All charges will be billed separately and must be paid before order will be processed.
